Interview With Bill Rowe of Integrity Pest Management

When I came home from the United States Air Force in 1984 after serving as a Security Specialist, I expected to continue a career in Law Enforcement. But, when my two older brothers asked me if I’d like to help them in the family business, I learned the trade from the ground up. I had no idea that when I crawled under that first house with that pickaxe, dragging that hose, that pest control was going to be my life’s calling.

Time Flies By

Thirty-two years later, I have been privileged to work in every role in our industry: technician, supervisor, trainer, manager, and now Owner Of Integrity Pest Management.

Use Your Gifts

I can say that I find real joy in using my God-given gifts and talents to solve problems for our clients. All I’ve ever wanted to do is help people, and this business and our industry certainly allow me to use my skill set to do just that. I love my job. I love my team, and I love serving our clients.

What Do you Love About Integrity Pest Management?

Solving problems, educating the customer, setting the expectations, then exceeding them.

What do you see on the horizon for Pest Management?

In the past 32 years, I have seen our industry becoming more professional and more environmentally responsible. We believe in being eco-friendly. The greener approach is the new standard in pest management. We call it Integrated Pest Management (IPM). It’s funny customers talk green until they are faced with an infestation at their own home, then they want the nuclear option. Here is one of the reasons we still love what we do to this day. To protect our clients from pests, our ecosystems, and our future America all at the same time. Integrity educates the client on proper (IPM). We will always choose the most effective and least toxic treatment to achieve the desired results.

What Do you See on the Horizon for Integrity Pest Management?

We’ve opened another office in Sapulpa to better serve our customers to the South and West. I see continued growth through word of mouth from happy customers.

What do you do for fun?

We are active in our Church, and we enjoy short road trips on our long weekends throughout the year.

Do you have a word of advice for people new to Oklahoma concerning PM?

Call us before you need us, Mom used to say: “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”…. That’s certainly true in the pest control world; a preventive treatment is always easier and less invasive than remedial treatment.

Why choose us

To best protect your home, we use the latest science and technology to test new and innovative products. It is our goal to develop an effective plan suited to your specific needs.
