The Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Previous service experience calling on homeowners and businesses in a competitive marketplace.
- Ability to service existing accounts, make new contacts through cold calling and asking for referrals.
- Excellent customer service skills, effective listening skills and above average problem solving abilities.
- A clean driving record with the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screening.
- The ability to quickly learn technical information of the pest control industry.
- The ability to function smoothly in a small, family owned business where everyone pitches in to get the job done regardless of their job title.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, articulate and accurate communications skills and strong closing skills.
